would you let your child do this?

As I sat in the coffee shop today, a little girl ran up to the fixings counter and gathered ALL the fixings of cream, sugar, powder, chocolate powder, chocolate marcels, honey, and cinnamon and put them to one side of the counter. She climbed up on the counter and poured the entire cream container into her empty Odwalla bottle and then added every item to her drink. She put about 1/2 a cup of honey in her cream!

Is this cool? I know she wasn't causing any harm and she's just a kid but would you let your kid do this? Maybe her folks should have bought her hot chocolate or gave her something to do so she wasn't running around and climbing on the counters. Well she just came back up for her 2nd or possibly 3rd round without the barista noticing. I snuck a snapshot.

Its been a while since I posted here. May was an insanely busy but AMAZING. There was the Highline High School fundraiser dinner. I never recalled my high school having fundraisers and since I don't have kids, I told Carinna I would join her for her school's fundraiser auction/dinner. It was fun, I won a bottle of nice wine and 3 of us bid on the "Taste of Highline dinner" where several moms and staff would make meals passed down from their families. We were able to invite up to 10 friends. There was Italian, Somalian, Soul, Mexican, and Hawaiian. There may have been another but I forget. It was sooooo yummy and was hosted at a house that was on Lake Burien. They told us there may be a boat involved. The boat turned out to be a battery operated dock that quietly moved in the water. Summer came and went

Where did the summer go and what did I do. SOOOOO much. It was a great summer. I only ended up camping once but it was a good one. I went to PARIS! Which was gorgeous, romantic, rich in foods and simply breathtaking.  I wish I had time to post highlights of my summer but I can only suggest to check out all my photos since May on Flickr. It was a good summer in Seattle.
