Bands Only
2 weekends ago, I volunteered for Noise for the Needy. An annual event that has a bunch of shows where all the profit goes to a local organization. This year proceeds went to Teen Feed. The group works with the community to offer support to meet basic needs, build strong relationships, and ally with homeless youth as they meet their future off the streets.
In this photo, I was monitoring the "green room." My main role this year at several shows was to make sure only bands were in the restricted area, where we would put out Pabst beer, pizza and sometimes other food. This year was easy as we didn't have any national headliners requiring special things in their non-existent dressing rooms so I didn't have to keep telling other bands to keep their paws off the main bands stuff.
