How we celebrate Valentine's at WD
My team at work gave the Traffic department a Hello Kitty piñata for Valentines. It was filled with candy, chocolate, chips, mini bottles of liquor and condoms. The Traffic group routes all the projects in-between account managers, designers and all other departments to make sure we are keeping things moving and meeting deadlines.
Another perk of the day was that Scott got a very special package for Valentine's. My good friend Katie, who recently moved to Chicago, somehow convinced Scott to the following:
At her going away party, there was a Christmas party in the next room full of rugby guys. A few looked like they were trying to outdo each other for who could come up with the ugliest holiday sweater. Katie and Scott were joking about it and she asked if she made a Valentine's Day sweater would he wear it at work. He agreed.
Scott stuck to his promise no matter how many times we had a hard time taking him seriously with that on!
Here are all the photos from the work day.

Later that night, Nathan and I met up with some friends from my work to attend the local paper - The Stranger's Valentine's bash. Its a night where people get on stage to share brekaups and have treasured items from past relationships destroyed on stage by the Stranger's host, Dan Savage. Lots of cooky stories and interesting things destroyed on stage. Very funny event.
It was probably the best valentine's ever!!
