I attended yoga class at 8Limbs at 9am. FWhen I exited I saw a bung of guys in drag and realized the capitol hill pride parade was taking place in a few minutes. I grabbed a coffee and people watched for a little bit and then got a birthday gift for Katie. Katie was one of the 1st friends I made out here in Seattle. We worked together at TMO as contractors and now at Wongdoody together. She is a super sweet , funny and oh my god is she tall. Its a riot to see the two of us together. She is the tall one in the Wig photos sizing me up. Anyway I wanted to get her a little something because she has been awesome friend through all my guy troubles and being a part of why Seattle has been so much fun.

Its a gorgeous day out in Seattle. About 75degrees and sunny. Lots of boats are out on the water. (Don't these people have to work!) I got to work at 10 today after a bad night's sleep. I had a nasty headache last night. If a headache goes anywhere near the nerves in the back of neck (that I injured twice)... I get nasty headaches and even migraines. I ended up cancelling plans and being on the sofa all night. Today I feel much better and need toremind myself to do all my physical therapy excerices to make my neck stronger. On a happy note... we were a little slow at work and people were emailing funny videos. Here are a few funny videos: Oh and I got a little surprise today... Jenna sent me a cute picture via cell phone. Its small since its from the phone, but its cute and I wanted to share!

Originally uploaded by ::: a i m e e ::: As many family members know, I am not a fan of parades however I was interested in checking out Fremont's annual parade at least once because it focuses on doing good for the environment, is created by local creative people and the rumors of naked people on bikes. (now who wouldn't think that was interesting?) It was a nice parade. I met up with my friend Karin there. I didn't know what all the costumes or themes were but it was coo. After the parade it was crazy because there was soooo many people. We walked to gasworks park, but as the crowds filled in we decided to try to get a bite to eat. A bite to eat in the small town, during the solstice festival....fat chance! So I said my goodbyes to friends and headed to my friend's photo opening in downtown Seattle. It was much easier grabbing lunch from the salad bar at whole foods that the 2 hour wait at any restaurant in Fremont. It ...
